This swoon worthy basement is exactly what you think of when you think elegant but not over done.  Modern, but not cold.  Stunning, yet understated.  There are so many architectural features in this basement remodel that even without the furniture in to complete the look it speaks for itself.  The moment you walk down the stairs you immediately notice the walk in wine room.  With frameless glass floor to ceiling this wine room makes the perfect backdrop for the bar.  The waterfall double countertops make the transition seamless from one end to the other.  You can’t wait to be able tot pull up a counter stool and chat about all the great vino at hand.  The bar is so dramatic that you almost forget that behind the fully blacked-in wall is a full guest bath and guest bedroom.
