This basement was styled in a modern traditional line, and brings the wow factor.  We wanted to take advantage of the beautiful landscape outside, so the basement was designed with a large wall of windows toward the back, overlooking the golf course.

We worked to keep the traditional styling of upstairs but brought in European tiling and multiple wood sources to create texture and layering. The television/media center was recessed with substantial side sconces, creating weight and a signature feature of the basement. On the other side, we weighted the basement with a custom bar with both granite and wood, including angles and tiers for an extra wow factor. We included a large dining area and a wine cellar to complete the country club experience. The basement includes a full bath and bedroom.
