Classic
Resort
Primary
This remodel was a farmhouse primary bath. The original bathroom had wallpaper the homeowner had tried to remove, but had not been successful. The goal of this project was to create a space that felt clean and classic. The owners travel a lot to Mexico and wanted a hotel-feel bathroom.
We gutted the shower and retiled it from floor to ceiling. We then added a floating rectangle shower seat with double wall niches above for storage. Within the backs of the niches we used a broken glass meshed mosaic to bring in that beachy feel. The homeowners wanted a frameless glass shower door in a satin glass finish for privacy. We painted the existing vanities in a charcoal gray to balance the white quartz countertops and bring some depth to the space. The plumbing and hardware fixtures were selected in a satin nickel finish for a soft overall feel. This bathroom is a classic for years to come.
